The Truth and Reconciliation Commission was created by the Coalition of National Unity and Rural Advancement government as one of its major initiatives towards long last peace and unity. But with the parliament set to dissolve in April and a new one government to be formed by August, questions have been raised about the viability of the TRC and whether future governments would back the programme.
